Message me on Instagram or via email to discuss what you'd like created.

I'll send over a quote for the work you'd like me to do. A 40% deposit is taken before I start.

You will need to email any images, logos, inspiration, text etc., to embroiderybyehlana@gmail.com

I'll email you 3-4 embroidery design proofs. These are not final, they're for you to decide which you prefer and if anything needs to be changed. These are sent within an agreed timeframe.
5.
Once we've settled on a final design and agreed colours, sizes, etc., the final 60% of your order total will be paid and I'll complete your order within an agreed timeframe.
6.
Once all items in your order have been embroidered, I'll mail your order via Royal Mail 48hr tracked.
