How long does shipping take?
All purchases are made to order and have 1-3 weeks processing time. This allows me time to source the correct items and ensure your orders are made to the highest standard.
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. International orders are shipped using Standard International Tracking and usually take between 7-16 days.
Can I return my item or get a refund if I don't like it or it doesn't fit?
Materials are sourced and bought individually for every order placed. Due to this, items cannot be returned or refunded. If you're unsure of sizing, we have a size guide just below. If you would like advice on colours and designs, my Instagram DMs are always open.
Are there any other colours available?
All items are available in any colour. The colours that are listed in my shop are the most popular and also the easiest colours for me to source. All items are bought as orders are placed, meaning I'm able to buy any colour you'd like.
If you'd like an item in a colour that isn't available from the drop-down menu, please message me via Instagram before ordering and I can see what is available. Different colours may come at an extra cost and may take longer to ship.
What size should I buy?
All items are slightly oversized. Tops, sweatshirts and hoodies are unisex; the joggers are in women's sizes. Our size guides are below.

Aftercare information

Always wash your items inside out or in a laundry bag.

Avoid ironing over the embroidery (low heat is ok for short periods).

We recommend air drying all embroidered items. If you need to use the tumble dryer make sure the items are inside out.
