Please read before placing your order!
 
1. If you have a logo or design you'd like made into an embroidery pattern, please contact me via Instagram or email to discuss options before ordering. I cannot guarantee custom orders will be fulfilled without you messaging me before you place an order.
 
2. There's a £20 design fee which will be automatically applied. This is for when you place an order for the first time which requires me to design the emboidery.  
 
3. If you select that you do not need a design created, eg. if you're placing a repeat order, then this fee will be automatically waivered. Your embroidery pattern cannot be designed without paying this fee.

4. If you're ordering different items with the same custom design, the design fee only needs to be paid on one of them.
 
5. Please email your logo or design details to: embroiderybyehlana@gmail.com. Remember to add your social media/ contact details and order number, so that I can contact you throughout the design process.
